These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pkace platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any pkace services. By accessing pkace, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkace ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering a pkace account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use pkace.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for, access, or use any pkace service. pkace strictly enforces this age policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 18 is a material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any funds deposited, and notification to relevant authorities where applicable.
1.2 By registering with pkace, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
1.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pkace complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. Online gambling and sports betting may be restricted or prohibited in certain locations. pkace does not make any representation that access to its platform is legal or appropriate in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm legality before registering and at all times during your use of pkace.
1.4 pkace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.1 You may hold only one (1) pkace account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.3 pkace conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a selfie holding your CNIC, and proof of payment method. KYC is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be required at any point at pkace's discretion.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkace login credentials. pkace will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.5 You must promptly notify pkace support if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. pkace may suspend your account as a protective measure while investigating any reported unauthorised access.
3.1 pkace accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the pkace deposit page.
3.2 Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your name. pkace reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party accounts and to request verification of payment method ownership.
3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. pkace targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 3 business days, depending on the payment method. pkace does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider.
3.4 pkace reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts. During such checks, withdrawals may be temporarily withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
3.5 Any funds deposited on pkace may only be withdrawn to a payment method in the same name as the registered pkace account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.1 All bets and wagers placed on pkace are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the respective game or market interface.
4.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by pkace, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
4.3 pkace reserves the right to void any bet in cases of: manifest error in odds or game settings; technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game or bet; evidence of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; or circumstances outside pkace's reasonable control.
4.4 For live sports betting markets, pkace accepts bets subject to the current in-play rules for the relevant sport. In-play markets may be suspended at any time, and bets accepted during a suspension may be voided at pkace's discretion.
4.5 pkace does not guarantee the continuous availability of any game or betting market. Games or markets may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pkace's control.
5.1 pkace may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games.
5.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion.
5.3 pkace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been credited to a Player's account, where pkace reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5.4 Players may only participate in each promotion once, unless expressly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
6.1 pkace is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all of which are accessible from within your pkace account settings.

6.3 If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic — including chasing losses, gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, or gambling negatively affecting your personal or professional life — pkace strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team for assistance.
6.4 Self-exclusion requests will be acted upon within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, pkace will make reasonable efforts to prevent access to your account, including blocking marketing communications.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on pkace:
7.1 pkace reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the pkace platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game software, and interface design, is the property of pkace or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pkace content without prior written permission from pkace.
8.3 pkace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 pkace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pkace in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 pkace does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.
9.4 Gambling involves financial risk. pkace is not responsible for any financial losses you sustain as a result of your gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from outcomes you disagree with. All game results are final and determined by independently audited RNG systems.
10.1 pkace reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where pkace reasonably believes that: these Terms have been violated; fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred; the player has provided false information; or the account is at risk of harm due to problem gambling indicators.
10.2 Upon termination for cause, pkace may forfeit any promotional balances or bonus funds in the account. Real-money funds remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 You may close your pkace account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course after account closure is confirmed.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkace holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkace's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
11.2 pkace operates a formal complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please contact pkace support in writing at [email protected]. pkace will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 28 days. If resolution is not reached through this process, you may refer your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.
12.1 pkace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkace will notify registered Players by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of pkace after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using pkace and may request account closure.
